Overview
Thank you for shopping with us! Every product in our store is made to order and fulfilled through Printify, our global print-on-demand network. This means your item is individually printed, packed, and shipped from one of Printify’s production partners specifically for you — we hold no pre-made inventory.
Because Printify works with a worldwide network of print providers, your order is automatically routed to the facility best positioned to fulfil it. Delivery times and shipping costs are confirmed at checkout based on your location.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect.

We want you to love what you ordered!
If there’s a problem with your item (wrong print, damaged, etc.), please contact us within 30 days and we’ll fix it. No need to send it back.

Production Time
All orders pass through a production stage before dispatch. Production time is entirely separate from — and in addition to — the shipping transit time displayed at checkout.
- Standard production time: 2–7 business days
- Production does not occur on weekends or public holidays
- During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) additional time may be needed
- Custom or personalised products may require extended production time
- A dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details is sent once your order leaves the print facility
Your total delivery window = production time + shipping transit time. Both are displayed transparently at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Times & Rates
All delivery estimates below are measured from your dispatch date, not the date you placed your order. Timescales are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or local public holidays.
As Printify operates a global network of print providers, your order may be dispatched from a facility inside or outside your home country to ensure the fastest possible fulfilment.

Rates shown are indicative. The exact shipping cost and available methods are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched from the Printify production facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your unique tracking number
- A direct link to track your parcel in real time via the carrier’s website
- Your estimated delivery window
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system. If your tracking shows no movement after 48 hours, please get in touch.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom, your parcel may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. Please be aware of the following:
- These charges are determined entirely by your local government and are beyond our control
- Import fees are NOT included in our product prices or shipping charges
- All customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer
- We are legally required to declare the full commercial value of every order on customs paperwork
- We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or under-declare their value
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order if you are unsure about potential additional charges.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple products, Printify may fulfil different items from separate production facilities. In this case your order could arrive in more than one parcel, on different days, each with its own tracking number.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email for each shipment. There are no additional shipping charges for split deliveries — you only pay the total shipping shown at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Orders
While we work closely with Printify and their carrier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier disruption, adverse weather, or customs inspections.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please follow these steps:
- Check your tracking link for the most recent status update
- Allow a few additional business days, as minor delays are common
- Contact us at info@status71.co.uk if your order remains undelivered after 14 days (UK) or 30 days (international) from your dispatch date
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will arrange for your order to be re-printed and reshipped at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase. Because Printify begins production shortly after an order is placed, changes may not always be possible once your order is confirmed.
If you spot an error in your address, contact us immediately at info@status71.co.uk with your order number. We will do our best to update it before production begins, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in progress.
We are unable to accept responsibility for non-delivery resulting from an incorrectly entered shipping address.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because every item is uniquely produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Ordering the wrong size, colour, or variant
- Change of mind after purchase
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered, we will put it right. To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
- Include your order number and a clear photograph of the issue
